About Eileen

I'm originally from the UK, now based in West Houston — and I've spent 25 years working in senior commercial and marketing roles across global engineering, manufacturing and technology businesses, including Fortune 500 companies. That career took me across six continents and gave me a deep understanding of how strategy, people and execution intersect in complex, high-stakes environments.

Earlier in my career I served in the Royal Air Force. It shaped how I think about accountability, collaboration and getting things done — qualities I bring to every client relationship.

I founded Hayes Horizon because I'm passionate about making strategic thinking accessible — the kind that's typically locked inside large organisations, but belongs in smaller ones too.

My academic background spans psychology, strategic marketing and AI strategy — a combination that reflects how I've always approached this work: with curiosity, rigour and a genuine interest in people.
